Hi everyone,
We wanted to share a new fulfillment progress update 🦝🗑️

Over the past weeks, we have continued packing and shipping more parcels from the first segment, and we are now getting close to finishing this first round before moving forward into the second segment.

We also already know that some parcels have safely arrived, which makes us incredibly happy and relieved to see after such a long journey 🥹💝

At the same time, in parallel with packing, we have also continued:

Once this first segment is fully completed, we will move on to the next segment, which will then be the next group to be charged and prepared for packing.

We also want to briefly mention messages/emails/comments: we have received a very large volume of them, and while we have already gone through/responded to many, we are still catching up on others!
So if you wrote to us and have not received a reply yet, please know it has not been ignored — we might have missed it or may still be working through it -or the answer may already have been addressed indirectly through other updates/the pinned Q&A. And if needed, you are absolutely welcome to write to us again. We will keep responding as soon as we can.

Thank you again for your patience while we continue working through all of this step by step. We know it is still a slow process, but it is moving, and we are very grateful to everyone who still believes in us.

We wanted to share a new progress update now that the enamel pins have been in hand for a few days.

At the moment, we are actively working through:

Current organization stage

We are also continuing on the parallel front of the already-prepared non-pin parcels for the remaining backers who recovered after a previously declined payment. Those backers will receive a new shipping confirmation email with updated tracking, just as the other ones, and those parcels will also be dispatched soon.

The enamel pins have now arrived to us.

Here are a few photos from the arrival — just a small preview from the full batch, which includes many more designs.

The final missing production item is now in hand, and fulfillment is moving into the next stage!

This does not mean all parcels will ship immediately at once, as we’ll be handling them in segments/organized rounds over the following days.

Hi everyone,
We have another important fulfillment update to share.

📦The good news is that the enamel pins now seem likely to reach us even a bit earlier than expected, which is something we’re genuinely very happy and relieved about.
We don’t have a new confirmed delivery date just yet, but tracking now shows that the shipment has already reached our country, so we’re hopeful that delivery to us will happen sooner than originally expected.

Because of that, we’re already starting early preparation work on our side so we can accelerate the next fulfillment stage as much as possible once they arrive.

As part of that, we need to begin processing the next round of tariff charges for the remaining affected US backers, now including pledges that contain enamel pins.

 If your pledge is affected by this next charge stage, please make sure your payment method is valid and up to date in your survey before the charges begin.

‼️IMPORTANT: ⌛ There is no rush — if you know you will need a little more time to prepare for this, instead, please don't panic. Just contact us privately before then to [email protected], writing us your full name and the e-mail you used to pledge. Don't leave only a comment under this post, please.
We can exclude your pledge from the initial charge round and handle it later instead — that is absolutely possible — but we need you to tell us explicitly so we can organize things properly on our side.



📬 Many backers have already received the recent email giving them a chance to review or update their shipping address. That was an advance reminder only. The final automatic address lock email will follow later, with the usual 48-hour lock window, so please keep an eye on your inbox.
If you need help, feel free to contact us directly and we’ll do our best to assist as quickly as we can.


✉️ In the meantime, we are of course also still continuing to re-label and ship the held ready-parcels (not containing pins) that have already had their tariff charges successfully processed.

🗨️ We also know there are still comments and questions waiting for review. We’re doing our best to keep fulfillment moving forward while also updating the Q&A so there is one main place to check for the most important answers. If possible, we kindly encourage backers to refer to that first before reaching out directly. We’ll still do our best to reply as quickly as we can where needed, and we really appreciate your patience.

A quick but happy shipping update:
The first batch of held parcels (for which the additional tariff charge was successfully processed and paid) is now ready to leave tomorrow!! 🎉✨

We’re genuinely so relieved and happy to finally see this first group of parcels moving after being held for so long.

This is only the first batch, but it’s an important step forward and we’ll keep moving through the remaining held parcels as we continue working on them.

We also know there are comments/questions we still need to go through, and some of them may require a reply or may need to be added to the main pinned Q&A recap update we recently posted. We’ll review everything as soon as possible and update or reply where needed.

In the meantime, a lot of our energy is currently going mainly into getting these held parcels out and fixing the Backerkit/Shopify issue.

Thank you again for sticking with us through all of this. Seeing these parcels finally move is a huge relief on our side too, and we’re very grateful to be able to share this progress with you.

At this point, the arrival of the enamel pins will be the next big step in helping us move the other remaining rewards forward as well. So far, their transit still seems to be going smoothly.

More to come soon — It’s been a long road, so, again, seeing this first held batch finally move feels really, really good.
